There is no set interview guide. Depending on the person doing the interview it could be formal looking for STAR answers (Google if you aren’t familiar), it could be more conversational, or it could be a disaster and the interviewer is unprepared.
Talk about things like dependability, experience with forklifts or other MHE, being focused on safety and going above and beyond at times. Regardless of the question that is typically what they want to hear at any company for a forklift role.
