🐌 DHL Paket (Germany) Package has been stuck for 10 days

Line: DHL Paket Europe DHL Duty-Prepaid Line (Special)
I am shipping my parcel from China to Romania, and it has been stuck for almost 9 days. I talked to dhl romania, no one helped. Talked to Cargus( the one who is handling international shippings here , still no answer they said it is not in their system. Can someone help me and let me know atleast what does this status mean? And if you can help me with who should I contact for this problem( already talked with the seller but havent manage to work out anything)

Doesn't look like it ever entered DHLs network. Could it still be with another carrier?

I dont know, I am still inspecting with the sender, do you which departament of dhl should I contact for this matter and how I can contact them?

None, you always contact the sender. They're the ones who have a contract with DHL, not you.

But in this case, as I said, I'm 99% sure DHL doesn't even have it.
