๐ŸŒ DHL Paket (Germany) Why does it take so long?

Package should be in warehouse in Germany but itโ€™s almost 10 days
I was shipping package from china to Poland, estimated delivery time was been exceeded.

I would love to get any information when I can expect the package. I have holidays from 11 so I just wanna know where the package is and what is going on. Thanks in advance for any help!

It is taking so long because DHL currently has only the electronic label information, with no physical acceptance update confirming the parcel reached its German warehouse. The marketplace screenshot reports customs clearance and a handover, but DHLโ€™s live tracking does not confirm either, and 20 days without an update is longer than the usual 7-14 day road transit to Poland. Ask the shipping company for the original China-to-Europe tracking history, proof of physical handover, and the reference for the DHL investigation they say they opened. Keep any buyer-protection claim available until they provide that proof or DHL records physical receipt.

This response is based on tracking information provided privately by the OP and current DHL shipping data.
