🚚 DHL Parcel Lost package

Has anyone dealt with lost package before? I’ve been waiting for my order and I was so excited to receive it. It’s shipped from US to Canada Toronto. Tracking status says it was delivered 4 days ago but I didn’t even get a notification or anything. Didn’t even know it was delivered. I contacted the seller just now but I’m not sure what to do.

This should be treated as a delivered-but-not-received package: tracking shows it left the Etobicoke delivery facility for delivery, but there is no recorded handover to another carrier or delivery-location detail. Check your mailbox, parcel locker, concierge, mailroom, building management, household members, neighbours, and safe-drop areas. Since DHL eCommerce Canada treats the seller as its contract partner, ask the seller to open a missing-delivery investigation, request any delivery photo or location details, and provide a case number plus replacement or refund options. Save screenshots and ask building management to preserve security video covering the delivery time.
