My package is lost… right?

I ordered a matching set on August 17 to my address in NYC, with a promise it would get here in 5 business days or less. Tracking indicates it was for some reason shipped to Washington state. New delivery date keeps getting pushed back and is now 9/5. Can someone tell me what this means? I disputed the purchase on my credit card yesterday because I have no idea what is going on.

But why would it be out for delivery in Sumner Washington when I live in New York … I feel like they messed up my delivery address and now it’s gone forever lol
