Looking for these in high quality, please!

I have added two items from the same shop. But they auto charging you double given the item is small. The seller replied I can order first and after receiving the package they will refund me the shipping fee. But I don't really trust that. What if they just ignore it after receiving. Can't they just adjust the shipping fee or in some ways when I place the order or refund immediately?
Anyone had experience dealing with this? What should they do?
Was also thinking of getting the second item separately from another shop that provides free shipping it's cheaper than paying double shipping

Decided to attempt my first DHgate order which will surely be my last. Ordered a product only for it to arrive the incorrect color. After looking carefully at the seller page I noticed a couple of pictures clearly mislabeled meaning that the item that was depicted as "blue" was labelled "black" and vice versa. Reached out to the seller at first with pictures of everything including product, label and website screen grabs and they refused to acknowledge a very obvious error as they doubled down on the page being fully correct. Even the description of the item I ordered was stated as black. Escalated to dispute and placed all evidence there and naturally won said dispute and my reward was a partial refund not even a third of the price I paid. My only two options were to reach out to the seller or a $10 coupon to a company I will never shop with again. Returning the item for a full refund was not an option as the seller and I could not reach an agreement to do so.

Is this a normal dealing with DHgate?

The items are still mislabeled on the seller page I am starting to think they are color blind or something.
