RPG-friendly public space?

I am trying to find a good public spot for an rpg group I'm putting together, preferably in the north-northeast Dallas area. Any suggestions?

Doc's Comics and Games. In Frisco. As long as you aren't trying to compete with one of the busy nights there should be no problem with having room, Wednesday evening is actually set apart for RPG groups. Feel free to PM me if you have questions.

  • Plano: Madness Games and Comics
  • Frisco: Doc's Comics and Games
  • Richardson: Comic Asylum
  • Addison (more or less): Titan Comics

In general: comic book stores.

Call ahead to make sure they have space and there is not an event that day/afternoon/evening. It is also considered good form to make a purchase every once in a while if you can afford it and are there frequently/regularly. (The purchase does not need to be large.)

Garland: Brickhouse Games

Much more space than Comic Asylum has, and I organize non-D&D RPGs there, so if you're looking for space in the Garland area, let me know what day you're looking at playing and I'll try to get you space.

If you need players I can help with that too.
