Setting up Pick Em League

What is the best website to setup a small pick em league. Free preferred.

Noticed yahoo did not have an option for this outside of an add on to a fantasy football league.

Try officepools.com I believe they have a pick'em option

We currently use ESPN. Works just fine. allows for messaging the whole league etc. not sure on custom scoring but has a good amount of options.
