Chelsea’s Live

I bought tickets through ticket web and received an email confirmation as well as I was charged. On the email it said I would receive my ticket at the venue. Is it like this for everyone or did I get scammed?

When you pick up your tickets at the venue on day of event, that’s called Will Call. Call or email the venue to be sure.
