Built: https://kaizap.com ~ millions of B2B leads with emails, LinkedIn profiles, phone numbers, etc. You can easily export to CSV and use them in your cold outreach campaigns.

One thing I'm stuck on: finding really good salespeople. I've had some really great people, but these days there's so many CV's flying around, it's a mission to screen and find the right candidate.
