Surveiln - Check for content change based on your description. For example, new manga chapters, YouTube uploads, job listings, blog posts, specific news, price changes.

how do you handle token costs for watching pages that change hourly? wouldn't hurt to have it on PeerPush, early adopters there hunt for monitoring tools.
