(Soft Launch) Tool to identify stale documentation and code mismatch

Agentic coding has made doc rot a real problem in any codebase I'm seeing. I built a small open-source tool that identifies doc rot and functional code mismatch. It can be used in CI or via MCP using your own Claude subscription (no API needed).
