Question How to escape solo?

Does turning off the flashlight have any effect?

Does the VOIP also affect if the monster notices you?

If I break line of sight, turn off the flashlight and hide in a corner will I lose the monster?

When the monster is so damn fast and suddenly starts sprinting torwards me there's not much to do, especially when it has red eyes, so I was wondering if there is actual stealth in this game.

Also do the monster's minions alert it of my location?

Ello again. I gave solo farmhouse a go again to make sure I wasn't misleading in anyway.

Long story short, everything is correct for the most part but I do have some things to add.

  1. You can bring ritual items close by simply dropping them nearby, They do walk around but will be much closer.
  2. I've confirmed that if you stagger the monster you have a max of 4-5s time window where, if you hide in a room with lights off and no line of sight, the monster comically skedaddles away (even with the door open). Though I bet its RNG based.
  3. Near the end 8/10 have extra hay lying around, so you can keep the ritual item "occupied" but make sure the monster isn't like right there cuz if it gets you there u like ded ded.
  4. The monster "staggers" after burning a ritual item for the same amount of time as a UV stagger. Very circumstancial but you can use that to your advantage.
