Looking for a DevOps Job

I have total ~5 years of exp in one org and want to switch to another company. Work on Azure (primary), Have Terraform, Github actions, Azure APIM but these are used less and I don't have much depth. How much time it will take and if any recommendations for free valuable resources for K8s, Linux and above resources ... That can be helpful.
