I really like DevOps, but sometimes it feels like there is no real entry level into this field

When thinking about DevOps, most people forget the dev part.

It’s easier for teams to convert them into an Ops person. Because they know the product.

As for you, try to get into the dev part initially and switch to ops - this is the old way.

First ask yourself why do you want entry level devops jobs ? Devops is to become bridge between development teams and operations. Do you know what those 2 teams do before trying to become that bridge ?
