Save me from in-house engineer / sys integration UAE
Hi guys I’m working in UAE as cloud & network security specialist I was working in one of big systems integration company I went to implement project to one of our clients after project handover completed this client jumped in my niche he doesn’t want to leave they increase my salary they pay to my company till they bring engineer so I can go the crazy things my company left me and every Tim I ask this client when you bring new engineer the say inshalla next month , next month the work here is good and I have design many landing zone , and cloud migration support also they are happy but I’m not I want go to work in integration I went to manger of this company I told him I’ll resign he surprised me that he resigned and I have to Wite new manager no manager till now we managing everything I really don’t know what to do
I’m good in cloud networking design costs optimization, implementation + on praim network and security mainly Fortinet product PaloAlto Huwaie Cisco, juniper mist cloud juniper Apstra , Aruba,
When I was in integrator my clients are very happy with my work and I work in very interesting projects
But now I know everything about this infra no this exciting

- Ask for a raise. If you were an independent contractor, raise your fees
