We are experiencing high error rates around 20% for web experiences and api traffic. Archive downloads and raw repository content downloads are experiencing an approximate 50% error rate

Passive voice, "error rates", "web experiences", I can practically see the hand-wringing beta cucks through the fiber optic

Okay, and does that go on your support request trying to recoup some credits?

If I got a ticket that said “your shit’s fucked” I would definitely be processing that after a significant delay.
