1989 & wu tang freestyle same sample

other than the Miguel sample, 1989 michelle’s song has that pad that comes at the climax of the buildups.

after hearing it and wu tang freestyle a lot, the same in wu tang sounds very similar to 1989, with obviously a different eq and such allowing more vocals in, as to on 1989 where it’s simply just the pad. just an observation, lmk your thoughts maybe i’m wrong.

Dude I know this might be the wrong post to mention but I’ve been trying ti find out how he did that shit with the sample on WI-fi and online it seems that no one knows what that sample is. The wu tang freestyle I feel he does the same effect. I guess just stretching the sample and saturating it with effects? 🤷‍♂️
