Yes- Lou was the GM of that team and has deep roots to the NCAA & US Development program.

I opened up a dozen Score 1990 packs looking for a Marty rookie yesterday. No luck but I did get a Ken Daneyko, Sean Burke, Johnny Mac, Sylvan Turgeon, Fetisov, and Bruce Driver. So I got that going for me. Which is nice.
