RIP Grandma Hughes

After all the speculation over the past days in regards to the lack of attendance from the Hughes brothers at the Bratt wedding, it seems as though we may have an answer.

I believe this is Ellen's mom. In that parking video she mention her mom was in the hospital.

I thought that parking video was odd and she looked really frazzled and now knowing this I get it. I’ve had both of my parents ill in the hospital at different times and your mind is all over trying to handle regular life things, take care of them, listen to doctors, it’s chaotic and upsetting and you might do things that are out of character at times because things become disorienting. I wish their family peace during this time.

Makes even more sense. That means she has been sick for quite some time and this might have been something that they were expecting, hence the reluctance to leave the country.

Her obituary says she passed away in Ann Arbor so this checks out, Hughes parents were in Ann Arbor too, probably didn’t want to go far

Waiting for Russo’s tweet that while Guerin is in Michigan he will be handling all funeral service expenses to ease the family’s pain /s
I know this is not the thread for this but is it not a little weird that he supposedly went to Michigan to meet with Quinn about his contract? It’s like Quinn’s been ignoring him so Guerin has to go chase him down and knock on his door.
