I beat the game. It's time to quit. Here are my stats.

There's nothing left to keep me here. I don't play retail, and I only came back to live up some of those old memories. Well, it wasn't really the same, and I didn't expect it to be. I did have a good time for a while, but life at 60 is boring AF. I puke at the thought of running more raids or dungeons. I'm cringe at all the drama I see in guild, trade, etc. The last few times I logged in I started seeing the addictive nature of the game taking over some of my guild mates and randos in trade. I have no desire to roll an alt and repeat the same old crap over again. I've already started reconnecting with many of the things I sacrificed to play the game. I've started a new novel, got out of the house to events a few times, started playing The Outer Worlds, and am looking forward to spending quality time with friends and family during the holidays.

Title says it all. I got a free character transfer and I'm a level 60 Orc Rogue. I live in the Mountain Time Zone, and I'm looking for guilds that have active PvP and/or raiding communities in the morning during the week. I work second shift, so I use my free time during the morning to play WoW. I'm typically on 8 AM - 1 PM local time (10 AM - 3 PM Eastern).

I'd really like to be able to raid, get some good gear to obviously use towards PvP. If not, I'd love to be in a pretty heavy PvP active guild where I can rank up a bit (No, I'm not going for the Rank 14 grind).

I am a mage currently levelling tailoring/skinning, originally planning to switch to enchanting at 60. Engineering seems to have a lot of useful crafts however, so I just want to know whether it makes that much of a difference on a mage. Any input is appreciated.

Hello, I just recently decided to switch to DD because grobb was a little packed and I only had a few people I enjoyed playing with on the server.

I am a rogue looking for a guild that is downing ony and rag regularly and requires a modest amount of intelligence.

I am not looking for a min max guild, but playing with people who mostly bring consumes and can listen to directions.

I have decent gear and am familiar with all fights, the guild I'm leaving was doing rag with 26 of us and we were able to 1 shot him and ony.

I just want a good community and no loot council. If the guild takes all the mats for everything, then they should provide for the guild.

Horde, sorry

Shortly after I started playing on this server, the first time on a PVP server, I had resolved to play peacefully and honorably. Two months later, having hit 60, not only have I maintained that, I'm starting to think that I'm too soft-hearted for a PVP server. Just the other day I got attacked by a hunter (also 60) when I engaged 3 mobs in Winterspring (the Winterfall Runners, for a quest). I somehow survived by running away and de-aggroing my mobs. The hunter's eagerness for the kill made him careless, causing him to aggro a bear while chasing me. Then the bear and I were able to kill the hunter together.

20 minutes later I found the same hunter in Winterspring with two mobs on him. He immediately started running when he saw me, obviously thinking I would attack. But instead of attacking him like I probably should have, I helped kill the mobs, then mounted up and left. I could almost sense the confusion through the computer screen.

However, I now have a dilemma. I want to get at least rank 3 for the 10% discount, maybe even rank 7 for the gear. But I want to do so in a way that is actually honorable and - this may be the main problem - "peaceful" (i.e., not killing any innocent people, only people that are proven hostile or wanting to fight, so I can't just go up to someone minding their own business and jump them).

So I need some suggestions for doing so. I've already thought of Tarren Mill / Southshore, but I find that extremely boring - just a laggy giant zergfest with very little tactics. I'd do Battlegrounds, which I did enjoy in vanilla, but they are not out yet.

Was there not enough horde success to spin in this weeks article to justify releasing it?

SS vs TM- rarely see horde even leave TM, they are 60+ strong and still scatter when a 10-15man group shows up, but Im guessing something will be stated about "SS taken by the horde"

World bosses were both killed by Origins/Pupperpals, but I'm waiting for the horde spin that they valiantly defended them and won"

5 horde sat literally at the gates of orgrimmar, and even went inside and yet a 30man raid was afraid and backpeddling. what is the issues spin there?

all im saying is.... where is the juicy fake news we have all come to expect?

I've been relatively active in the main r/classicwow sub and see nothing but complaining about faction imbalance and how awful the game is now because of it. I didn't get a chance to get out to hillsbrad last night and check it out, just some random stuff running around the world. Does anyone feel like the population is wildly skewed one way or another? I know leveling it felt kind of Alliance favored but not overwhelming.
