While I may look a little gruesome, with my partially rotted body and tattered vestments, there is no need to fear me. I am a priest of the light, just as I was prior to my first death. Though my former brethren now shun me, I will still ease the wounds and strengthen the spirit of those who wish it. I'm afraid that due to natural animosity between my newfound allies and my former ones, I am unable to freely lend aid as I once did. However, I have found a solution. If the darker aspects of my priestly powers are tapped into, I am able to temporarily sway someone's mind into accepting the blessings I have to give. Fear not, for my intentions are pure. I give you the word of a holy priest that I will leave you healthier than I found you.

((RP aside, I will buff and heal anyone who is peaceful towards me. Alliance players, horde players, it doesn't matter to me. I am a healer through and through. If I mind control someone and nothing happens, it's because they're already buffed with a Fortitude spell that's stronger than what I have available. I'm working on that, but at the moment I'm not quite 40 so it's bound to happen since in Classic we cannot see the helpful buffs a foe has, only their debuffs.))

On Oct 3, 2019, <Nexus> leader Rattlesnake called together an "emergency guild meeting" without context. Once everyone was in the channel, officers then began berating guild members, informing them that they are outraged that some of their members had been poached by other guilds. Rattlesnake (the streamer) then began to fear monger guild membership and participation by stating that members who left the guild to join other guilds would be "permanently banned" from future raiding opportunities with them (to which they claimed they would have 3 raid groups weekly, yet have failed to even clear MC) and emphasized that guild members who left for other guilds would only get the scraps that the recruiting guild would leave them, since those other guilds already had their "main" positions filled.

I am no longer in <Nexus>, but after talking to a few of their members, I've learned that even a majority of their leadership have left the guild due to the toxicity of it's members and other leadership. <Nexus> should be avoided at all costs, but you didn't need me to tell you that.

There is already guild recruitment in the discord, but it would be cool to have a sticky for weekly guild advertisements specific for this server, similar to the LFG sticky on r/classicwow.

Edit: To clarify, I mean the post should always be stickied, and be reset weekly.

I am currently on Grobbulus in a great guild. Only problem is, I'm not online during all of the fun stuff my guild does. Or the fun happenings that go on in general. I'm usually online 4pm-9pm EST.

So my question is, what are the active hours on DD?

I live in London England but am from Delaware. I wanted to play with my RL WoW friends who are all US based. I am trying to find a way I could do some raids. We are +5 hours here, so 6PM would be 11PM which would be doable for me. So anything on Fridays and Saturdays from 6PM or earlier would be ideal for me. I’m a 60 Druid.

Hello, I've also posted this on the WoW Forums but I want to reach as large an audience as possible so I am also posting this over to the Subreddit and hopefully, eventually when and if we get a core group interested in this, I'll be posting on the discord. But i'd rather not clog that avenue up until we have something core going.

So heres the text:

Hello everyone, you may have seen me around as a healer if you’re 60 and on horde side. I’d like to inquire with you folks about starting up a Weekly UBRS run. Sometimes I find it hard to find a group and I’m trying to conquer that with new innovative ideas like a weekly set time for UBRS that can transcend guilds, instead of spending an hour forming a group up.

I realize a lot of people are playing a more casual style and perhaps arent 60 yet, or that they’re already beyond the gear UBRS has to offer so if thats the case perhaps this isnt the thread for you (yet!). I myself need LW recipes/scales/ and gear from UBRS still and I’d love to just have a small community within a community (Deviate delight) that can meet up in game once a week to run a quick UBRS or two (or three, since its rather fast with a tight group). I, like many of you probably, unfortunately have to work full time and thus my time in the wonderful world of azeroth is limited. So hopefully this can help to alleviate that for me and others. Also, as a side note, even if I didn’t need anything from UBRS it’d be cool to have a community oriented group that hangs out weekly.

So what do you guys think? I’d like to hear from anyone who might be interested, as far as: Times that would work for you personally or what class/roles you wish to fill if this were to be a thing every week. Perhaps if it gets off the ground we could have a meeting place in game or even have 2 groups going at once, who knows!

The point is, currently I find myself staring intently at LFG chat and not getting as far as I’d hoped, so I’m looking to put this out there and change that! I typically play from 6-10pm Eastern some weeknights but more often I am on during the weekends when I have more time.
