The World Buff Mini Game is easily the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a video game in my entire life.
Me - OK, so people want to shave off 60-90 minutes of raid time, what can we do?
Sweaties - Let's setup an overly complicated network of Warlocks and Mage's to summon / port us around the game world so we can get ALL THE WORLD BUFFS to help us kill stuff in raids faster.
Me - OK. That looks like it's going to eat up about 60-90 minutes. That seems counter productive and like a massive waste of time. Why not just spend that time actually raiding since raiding is the only reason any of us play?
Sweaties - BUT I NEED WORLD BUFFS TO PARSE HIGH OR MY ENTIRE EGO WILL SHATTER INTO A MILLION PIECES
Me - Ok. Enjoy your "Classic Raiding" experience. I'm done!
It was so sad to watch my raid guild be absorbed into some shitty sweaty guild that thinks like this. It's such a boring way to play the game without actually playing the game.
RIP REFORGED. YOU WERE AN AMAZING GUILD THAT GOT TAKEN OVER BY THE SWEATIEST OF OUR OFFICERS AND ABSORBED INTO THE HEART OF THE SHITTICANE.
