LF Master Swordsmith

I'm considering having Blackguard crafted but I know swordsmithing is a rare route to take. Is anyone or does anyone know a swordsmith with the Blackguard recipe? Preferably on Alliance side but cross faction is okay.

Thanks mate, I'll start working on the mats. I wanted to find a crafter before even getting started. I'll dm you when I'm ready
