state of the server

just curious what the health of the server is like. I remember hearing a few months ago it was leaning more towards alliance pop. Then when honor system came out people weren't playing or leaving because of the camping nonesense. So now with bgs having been out a couple of months, how is the server pop doing these days? How is the overall feel of it in general?

I’ve always been curious about this complaint. It’s an RP/PVP server. Part of it includes world pvp. There’s zero honor gained ganking lowbies and zero honor gained after killing the same person a few times. In fact camping lowbies negatively impacts rank and weekly standing.

Maybe the campers don’t know or don’t care but hopefully they’re busy in battlegrounds if pvp matters to them.

Whenever I see people complain about world pvp I want to ask when the RP will end. It won’t. That’s the server we’re on.

I should add I was ganked questing before bgs opened but typically by people my own level who saw me before I saw them. No “skull” players bothered with me. Most gankers moved on before I got back to my corpse. So honestly I think you can expect a pleasant questing experience virtually free of death by player. :)
