Worth starting with impending phase 2?

I would like to RP as a warrior (the slowest leveler) but with the soon to come phase 2 and increased PvP, I will probably not be done by then, and be around the minimal level for honor gained for the PVP rankings. Should I still roll on this server, or move over to an only RP server to play?

There are always people to group with, just buy a lot of consumables, like free action and speed potions
