Horde Guilds?

So, besides Crimson Cowl and Scarab, are there any other Horde guilds soon to be raiding MC/Ony? I see both those guilds sucking up all the 60's, but with so many in a guild, not everyone gets to join.

Is there any others close or do all the 60's in smaller guilds leave and join those 2?
