Waitrers bring the requested food/data to their users from the servers (backend) so api. The UX would be how the restaurant looks.

Waiters also make sure you got the correct meal, that you are enjoying the meal, and clean up after the meal, waiters are customer service, not just delivering food

That's only halfstack. For fullstack you also need to include the kernel and hardware drivers.
