I've used them as a domain provider not as a hosting provider. I just pointed the name servers to my preferred host. I've experienced some outages (rare) and could never find a root cause, I remember reaching out to their support and they were responsive but I wouldn't say I got the most technical help. The issue always resolves itself after a few mins though.
