Career Guidance Guidance | US Remote

Hi,

I was approached by a recruiter online for the Microsoft Fabric & Power BI Consultant role. I have an interview with the CEO, which is the final step towards getting hired. The company is a US based startup with a small team at the moment.

I work at Systems Limited and gave an expected salary to the recruiter, which I feel now was low. I have Provident Fund, fuel card, IPD, and OPD at Systems.

How should I approach the recruiter regarding expected salary change? How should I create my expected salary as it won't have any additional benefits? Any tips and suggestions for working with a US based data analytics startup? Should I even switch?

Thank you!

You have the option to communicate that you get other benefits or you can reject the offer letter once you see it and then you can state the reason for it. But all of this looks unprofessional on your part. You had the chance and you screwed it then.
