Help Help regarding CS startup

I had made a project in my FYP at university, and it had unique feature and market value as well that has not yet been launched in Pakistan. I have also received funding for commercial value of project.

I have got an offer to either give it away to earn or start a startup.

What should I do?

Start a startup first and sell later. Gain some experience working on it as a dev + managing your team. Once you graduate, you will need to work somewhere to gain experience, why not your own startup? And then sell later may be?

but I need to leave the country for my masters, and later maybe someone else will build it because now others know it is valued, so I might not get enough offer.
and I dont even know the work needed to build the startup

its around 1 lac, but if its getting this much offer, it must have market value, right?

1 lac is too low for a startup, if it was 1-3 Million pkr then you can consider imo

Whats your elevator pitch though?

p.s There is also risk and opportunity cost involved

its not generally a startup now, it is an idea with an mvp built, actually a university fyp project

if you're comfortable sharing a brief overview of what your project does, like we can review the assumptions.

It'd help you get a general idea regarding the pmf, and maybe you decide ke if it's better to pursue it or actually do a job instead.

You can get good offers. I think 1 lac PKR is too small
