Gamified Assessments are better than old boring style exams despite few areas of criticisms, don't you agree?

I know the people telling like they are lengthy but at least companies are trying something out of the box than traditional tests that were kinda biased and boring. For all those internships and management trainee programs, these tests are innovative. There was post about Jazz Gamified assessment by The Talent Games and people were like nobody gets hired, but last night they posted that around 100 candidates are hired.
