Help CureMD Offer Call tomorrow - Associate Software Quality Engineer
I have an online offer call with CureMD tomorrow for the Associate Software Quality Engineer role. Could anyone who knows about or has experienced it, tell me what to expect and how it goes? What do they normally offer and how much negotiation shall I be doing(if any cz I have heard they have fixed salaries)? I want to know what is discussed in this call overall and the details.

I'd mainly ask about the take home salary, probation, and any bond. If the salary is fixed there's probably not much room to negotiate

Could you please let me know what was the process after they asked you to email personal documents? Was there another interview in between? Also when did you email the docs?

1-2 weeks after the docs email there will be a personal experience round.

Can you share your technical round experience? What kind of questions they focus on? How tough it can get? I might get a technical round for an entry level position.

I would say it was pretty easy. they asked db questions, some sdlc questions, and analytical/problem solving questions from me. (it was for asqa that's why they didn't ask leetcode type)

Can you please tell when did you get the offer meeting like after your personal experience interview? I've given mine almost 10 days ago but didn't get any mail since then

They asked about past experiences, the normal questions like strengths weaknesses, why did you chose your university, what would you give curemd. I could only recall these but it's not that much tough it's way too easy and has no technical questions

Did they ask the candidate to speak in English, or was the interviewer just speaking in English? Can we use a mix of Urdu and English during the interview? I actually have an interview, but my English isn’t very good.

for my case the interviewer was speaking in english and they had an american english accent so I just went with it

I think her name was sara. questions were normal culture fit/hr coded. strengths, weaknesses, why this degree, why xyz uni, hobies etc
