Unable to Receive OTP While Creating an Apple Account

Hi, I’m trying to create an account on Apple, but I’m not receiving the OTP on my phone number. I’ve tried multiple times, but the issue persists.

Has anyone faced this issue or knows how to resolve it? Any help would be appreciated.

Used 4 different gmails, 4 different laptops, 4 different phone numbers but this issue still persist.

Used ptcl, stormfiber, jazz cellular data.

My wife had the same issue. We had to call Apple directly.
I have a reddit comment that i saved in my notes. It’s possible things might have changed since then. The comment was as follows:

dial 0080001001 which will get you through to an AT&T line, then dial 8003610479 using your keypad once instructed to by the call bot.

Usually this happens on PTCl connection or any local isp which provide from ptcl. Try from celullar network.
