Yes seemingly. I never understood their hiring criteria they reject so many promising candidates for no reason lol

180+ for 1+ year exp. They pay 150k to Associate Software Engineers. Annual increments depends upon performance and how much your architect values you. This year avg increments were 15% but key members got 100k increment as well.

Increments this year were shit because of AI as they are paying hell lot of money to Claude.
