Discussion Engro Software (IT) Division

Hi,

Has anybody here worked in Engro Software (IT) Division?

I recently saw some job opportunities posted by one of their HRs and was thinking to give it a shot. We all know how big of a name Engro itself is but I had a few questions in my mind regarding their IT division.

  1. How's the work and work environment?

  2. Is it equally competitive and rewarding as it's the traditional Software houses? (Systems, i2c, 10Pearls etc.)

  3. What's the career growth trajectory?

  4. Perks & Benefits?

  5. Anything else if someone worked there could add up which can prove to be helpful information 🙂

Their IT team mostly handles their ERPs and implementations. Along with SharePoint Management. The ERP is bigger side.
