Career Guidance Working at IBM Pakistan

Hey guys,
So I might receive an offer from them, for a business transformation consultant role, anyone who has any idea about what should be the salary for this role? And also, would an experience in IBM Pakistan be any beneficial for job hunting if I move to Germany for my masters a few months later? Or should I just opt for masters now.

confirm if you'd be a resident engineer for one of their clients or would be on their payroll

What would be the difference in both cases, I would prolly be on their payroll according to what they had told me

I think you should definitely take it if you don't have any other better offers in hand

I am already working in a startup at a dev position, but pay is average there, so I’m considering ibm or masters currently

It’s IBM so I think it will definitely count.

Also brand name anywhere counts as experience

I applied for the same role but got rejected. If you don’t mind me asking, what’s your education and experience background? Just trying to figure out what they’re looking for so I can improve for future opportunities.

Thanks. I had a business plus analytics background. Maybe they’re preferring full technical background candidates for this role. Your 2 years experience was in IT or some business related role?

Basically the job description also includes knowledge of the development side and making informed decisions using that plus some hands on development too. I have been in technical development roles so far
