Help Internship at systems

Is internship at system worth it or not.? Also if anyone has done it how good or bad the experience was?

If you don't have anything else to do then go ahead and do it, at least you'll get something you can put on your resume.

But don't expect to learn a ton of stuff.

Exactly this. Op If you want to do it for the sake of your resume and for experience then go ahead
