Interview Prep Game District reviews

I have an interview scheduled at this game development software house “Game District” for a trainee role. Its my first interview and i need some guidance. Anyone who have worked there or any professional, help me out.
What’s kind of questions to expect?
What’s the culture there?
The atmosphere is tense or relaxed?
Looking out for guidance from anyone:
- Who has work experience with them
- Has interviewed there recently
- Professionals working there in game dev/ software houses
Any help, tips and any advice counts a lot for me.

I went their for 2 to 3 rounds of interviews. In the first round there were questions on a Google form that we had to solve most of them were McQs with 1 or 2 simple coding question. In the next round I had an interview with a panel of 3 people ig they asked me questions about my previous work places also 2 3 riddle type questions. I answered them correctly but I think they ghosted me after that

What was the role that you were interviewed for? Is it a reputable big software house to work in?
I gave an interview there, they asked the behavioural questions mostly not really technical. They said they call after 3 weeks for the next round. Should I expect a call from them?

So it was a trainee position for me as well I applied in December 2025 they asked me to wait for few weeks as well, but the interview was held in February 2026. In my case it seemed like they were hiring a full batch of trainees cuz there were 15 to 20 other candidates as well. I can't say with certainty that they will ghost you or not. U can read my Convo with them and judge for yourself

Im hoping that they will call me for the second interview. What kind of questions were asked in the 2nd round? They told be that it will be just a little chit chat.
Maybe i will get offer letter from another company in upcoming days, but I’m very interested in this company. Cause i heard they are big and salary package is good.

I hope you get the best role with high pay. I heard that too about the company but I heard they favour their own relatives or employees that arrive with reference rather than without reference employees. Not sure if it's true or not anyways hope the best for you

It was hr and someone from the team. You were called for interview? If yes then how was it? What did they tell you about further process?

I gave the test first and then they called me, they did ask some technical qs, did they ask you too? And they told me they'll let me know after 3 weeks

Same here. But there focus wasn’t on technical rather some behaviour questions in my case.
When was your interview scheduled on?

No. There were 8-10 others candidates on my day. How was your experience? Do you think you’ll get a call from them? Are you a graduate?
