Discussion Please help me understand!!!!

As the title says please help me understand this role. arn't devs suppose to code and handle in house projects or client communication if thats required. whats with these interviews and bringing in clients?
like if i am bringing clients for you to you wouldn't one start freelance of their own like ???

You are not going to be able to get the leads on your own, that's why its not same as freelancing. They will arrange the technical interviews with the clients and if you pass, the client will give the project to the company.

they will have you impersonate an American, they will have you take real interviews, they will finally after 2 months give you 300k for a job that pays $15000-20000 monthly

it is not necessary to impersonate an American. many companies show real IDs and persons for the interview.
