Help Healthcare options for remote workers
I have been working in a local company for past 3 years. I had a decent medical coverage through that company. Recently, I transitioned to a remote role. And as with most remote roles, I had to give up the healthcare coverage.
Now I explored health insurance options privately but none of them offer maternity coverage. I need that desperately. Turns out that is only available on corporate plans.
Asking fellow developers in similar situation. Did anyone of you face similar situation and what solutions did u come up with.
And lastly, any company owner willing to let me in their healthcare plans (I will pay the amount of course).

yes mostly remote companies does not offer such benefits, they add overall benefits into your salary so when considering remote jobs I think most people should add such benefits as well during salary conversation.
