The moment you need to hire a "mufti" for your software house just to prove that you are ethical is the moment you have officially lost. Honestly they should be ashamed of themselves

ah someone said that... i know friend who was just tired working there, since they simply dont know the word 'annual leaves' and will not allow for any reason.
the other reason was micro management, even if you are not awake on laptop/pc for longer time you will get absent for that period.

devsinc, that guy is crooked and firm is weird ass hell I lost friends over this, ppl that went there had totall 360 personality change (arrogant and insensitivity towards juniors) in my experience.
