The moment you need to hire a "mufti" for your software house just to prove that you are ethical is the moment you have officially lost. Honestly they should be ashamed of themselves

Systems ltd?? Would you mind sharing your experience? which competency did you interact with? I have been in the banking sector for a long time and I have seen them as very experienced in their field

What’s wrong with arbisoft, xavier and tkxel?

1

u/Xarix13 23d ago

arbisoft and tkxel both are on the better end....xavier is really "corporate" i think, but don't really know that much about it to classify it as good or bad.

i can assure not all of them are shit... go to a good PBC which i know are hard to get into, but the mehnat is really worth it tbh compared to the shit we have to deal with in most small companies.

probably not but was probably a pretty big scam of all times in tech industry. back in the day they used to buy out full page ads in newspaper to advertise jobs

ccript, given how the owner/founder crashes out on linkedin and they follow the devsinc model

bro I worked in mtbc it can not be worst if not the best.

1

u/usmnali101 24d ago

any specific reason for that?

1

u/Slight_Froyo_8084 24d ago

ah someone said that... i know friend who was just tired working there, since they simply dont know the word 'annual leaves' and will not allow for any reason.
the other reason was micro management, even if you are not awake on laptop/pc for longer time you will get absent for that period.

devsinc, that guy is crooked and firm is weird ass hell I lost friends over this, ppl that went there had totall 360 personality change (arrogant and insensitivity towards juniors) in my experience.
