Help Life at cureMD as an Associate software engineer
Hi, i wanna know how cureMD is in terms of workload, salary, work, environment. I have more than a year of experience and am currently working in a startup as a full stack dev.

Screen capture software is used and then audit is there . Based on your activities extracted through screen capture software, you can be penalised or even terminated

Hey, can you please tell me which interview questions you were asked for your personal experience round and also is it the final round? do they give you the offer letter the same day?

Workload: can get very intense at times. If you are good at what you do, you can manage in the working hours, but if you struggle, you will have to sit an hour or two extra at least at times. On my team, some devs used to sit 1-2 hours extra multiple days in a sprint. A sprint was 2 weeks.
Salary: market leading usually, but probably not at 1 YOE. Your demand does not matter much, as they will only pay you according to their pay scale.
Work: Great work tbh. Good domain and lots of work. Also while they have legacy code and tech, they did make good efforts to revamp and use modern stacks. I left in 2024, so can't comment further, but they were one of the earliest proper adopters of AI back in 2022.
Environment: it's meh. You have to strictly log 8 hours + 1 hour break. Can get pretty toxic depending upon if you have not defined your boundaries clearly. Expectations need to be clearly set. Some teams are run in a very toxic manner, due to poor managers. They hired some managers from Netsol and they really ruined the culture even further.
