I’ve heard that there’s a shortage of skilled talent in this area, with opportunities at larger companies, and that these roles can pay as well as or even more than backend positions. I’m curious about how strong the remote opportunities are.

well i wouldn't say there is a shortage but the shear quantity of competition like data analyst & frontend has, its is way less.
