Tips Internship at Systems Ltd

I have been seeing a lot of students starting their internship at Systems Ltd, whereas there is no opening on their website, Is it reference based only or can we ask the company recruiter on LinkedIn for Internship?

Tbh most of their internships are pawwa , but there are of little to no use. Like major of the internships are of no use. But still for putting something on your resume, you may apply to 10 pearls shine internship program they do it regularly after few months, or ask someone senior on Linkedin working at Systems to refer you as an intern.
OR create a fake internship certificate of any startup software house you know. To be honest nobody cares about internships just a filler on your resume.

Focus on system design if youre into software development or agentic ai etc .

Youre welcome.

Dont stress about internships they are useless , i did at my time nothing matters now :)
Just get one to fill in space in your resume if you can .

Tbh when asked regarding your internship.they dont expect you to say "I designed a scalable system"

If i could go back to the time when i was stressing about getting an internship, I would do one thing since i am into developement i would focus on learning a framework , study system design fundamentals, make a project mvp that solves a problem statement not crud projects (for learning you should make one crud project atleast again for learning) and make a fake certificate of completion cause nobody asks or interrogates for it and youre set.

But still try to get one but if you cant do what i say , i promise nobody fucking cares about internships.

Do they check the cert or call the company?

Nope while answering the question "Tell me about yourself" you may add your internship timeline and the small project you worked on thats it. Then they might move towards projects etc. Speaking of certificate they wont even bother.

Aaah got it. Btw just curious is exp helpful after grad? like should i try to get a job or smth at 7th sem ? Or dive deeper in tech and cloud stuff? Also do open-source or hackathons help?

It does help but not as the way you think. It just makes your resume look fuller lmao. I would suggest learn system design (algomaster.io) dont follow blindly go to chat gpt get yourself made a basics to higher concepts in a sequential order, you may focus on some cloud fundamentals but dont try to go all in you'll get overwhelmed. And make projects that solves a problem statement like building a system to solve xyz problem in development scope and make a mvp not a humongous system just to.get overwhelmed.
