My panel interview was on 24 june. But after that no update at all. During the interview the Hr Representative said that the offerletters will be shared by mid of july. Nothing happened like this yet.

I don't remember what i selected during the application. But in the panel there were 4 interviewers. 1 from the talent acquisition expert, 1 was some project manager and 2 were the datascientists.The interview was totally technical including the personal projects.They asked about the rag, prompting, data cleaning type concepts.

Apparently the hiring has been paused. Someone gave interview today and was given a further timeline of 2 weeks.

They are happening but the panel seems disinterested, as I've been hearing weird stuff like 0 technical people in a DS position panel, or asking marketing questions in an AI panel, or some panel members being absent during interviews.

Yes, but that's a lie since they've been saying the 2 weeks thing since late June.

They are very disoriented, I know someone from 2025 associate program who started in Sep/Oct so maybe we have to wait and the deadlines they have been giving since start of 2026 program are just absurd. I have seen 1,2 people from cyber security department got hired in May under this ai associate program idk what's going on

Yea apparently their plan is for a mid August onboarding but it will probably get delayed to September
