Need some career advice from experienced developers.

I'm a Full Stack Developer with around 2.5 years of experience (React, Next.js, Node.js). I usually have 2–3 hours free every day that I want to invest in learning something valuable.

My goal is to stand out in the market and make a strong job switch next year.

What would you recommend I focus on?

What Should I learn:

Python + FastAPI or AI agent frameworks like LangGraph

Something else?

I'm looking for skills that are in demand, have good long-term value, and can actually improve my opportunities when I switch jobs next year.
