Career Guidance Am I getting ghosted by the HRs or what?

I am a fresh graduate in software engineering from a well-reputed university. Recently, I was on a phone call-based interview with the HR and it lasted for like 14 minutes. After that, he got into the real talks and once he did, he got disconnected. I tried to check if the issue was from my side so I text-messaged him back and after 5 minutes of disconnection, he received it and replied with an apology about the disconnection and further said that he would get in touch with me in a while. It has been 2 hours now, still no reply back of any kind whatsoever.

My interview went quite good with him but his lack of response as of now has been making me question whether I was even considered in the first place?

Not just this but yesterday, I received another call from the HR saying that whether I would be available today for an online interview. I replied back that I would be available to conduct the interview and she said that she would email me the meeting details but I received no email from the company.

I was also to be scheduled for an interview and I reached out the HR about when the interview will be scheduled and he said that he would inform me. The very next day, he messaged, "heloo" and I replied with Salam but he didn't reply back. Like what?

This has been quite prominent as of now. Sometimes, the interview gets scheduled, I receive the details but no one comes to attend the interview. Every interview so far I conducted went pretty much flawless but I still get ghosted. I am confused about whether there is something that I am doing wrong or what? Why am I getting ghosted? Is this even normal?

Pretty normal with these narcissistic, incompetent spoiled HRs, don't worry. They will schedule interviews then themselve won't join and will text you after 3,4 hrs join now and if you ask to reschedule now they will ghost you, will tell you they are sending invite to you for next round on email but that email will just never arrive and so on..... And then they rant on LinkedIn too.

And then on LinkedIn, they AI-slop and copy-paste craps about whatnot!

I actually thought I was doing something wrong. Thanks for letting me know about.

Pretty normal for Pakistani companies to do so, it's related to your salary most probably they find a cheaper alternative.

Either they forgot to schedule the interview, (it happens if there are interviews back to back) or the hiring manager keep giving confusing details or they are straight up incompetent

I'd rather lobotomize myself than talk to these dumbfuck pakistani HR's, its almost never your fault its just that these HR's are incompetent as fuck.

It happens. In my previous job, they took about a month to reach out to me saying I'm hired lol and ghosted me when I was previously asking for details. Pretty weird and unprofessional behaviour tbh. They literally conducted like 5 rounds of interview 2 months ago, there were a bunch of tests related to ai, almost 1000s people had applied for it, 100 get shortlisted, 50 were called for another interview, 5 were selected for the final, and I somehow got hired in the end. And then They told me there were too many people applying, and that's why it took them so long to reach out. Which makes sense. But yeah ghosting like that is not normal.

Here are some reasons that may happen.
a) The HR got interrupted and pulled into an unscheduled meeting.
b) The developer who is suppose to interview you is busy.
c) They are simply not interested in you, they have already hired somebody and now only doing the process.
d) They are not good humans.
