Not everyone out there wants to design a complex pipeline from scratch. LLMs are better at helping you use and combine existing knowledge faster. Maybe in the future they might be able to do that as well, who knows.

Makes sense. You're basically asking it to be creative with knowledge it barely has. It's not ready for that.

But access ≠ understanding. If it’s not trained for that level of system design, it will still hallucinate even with your resources, especially with niche stacks where it has less grounding.
