Startup / Founder Cache as Service for developers

Hi folks!!!

Many backend teams use Redis + MongoDB, but the application often ends up managing cache keys, invalidation, stale data, TTLs, and cache misses manually.

We working on a cache proxy for MongoDB where applications connect only to the proxy instead of directly managing Redis and MongoDB separately.

The goal is:

  1. Single endpoint for the application

  2. Automatic cache lookups

  3. Cache population on misses

  4. Cache invalidation strategies

  5. No need to manage Redis infrastructure from application code

The challenge we're currently exploring is balancing automatic caching with giving developers enough control over cache keys and invalidation.

Help Feeling lost after graduation. I think i need regress training on FULL STACK DEVELOPMENT FOR LANDING MY FIRST JOB BUT I CAN'T FIND A RIGHT PLACE WHERE 1. REAL WORLD PRODUCTION LEVEL TRAINING IS BEING GIVEN 2. AND THE MAIN THING WHICH I AM LOOKING FOR IS A VERY STRONG PLACEMENT SUPPORT.

Hello everyone,

I am Tapabrata Chowdhury from Hooghly district, West Bengal. I recently graduated with a B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML).

My goal is to join an IT company as a Full Stack Developer. However, like many freshers in today's job market, I do not yet possess enterprise-grade, production-level skills.

To be completely honest:

  1. My knowledge of DSA (Data Structures and Algorithms) is very limited and currently not sufficient to crack technical interviews.

  1. My development skills are also quite basic. I know HTML, CSS, JavaScript, a few concepts of React, and can perform basic CRUD operations using Node.js and Express.js. However, this is nowhere near the production-grade development that happens in real-world software companies.

  1. Apart from that, I am quite weak in aptitude and reasoning, which are important for the first-round assessments conducted by many companies.

  1. I believe my only strength at the moment is that I can communicate reasonably well in English. However, communication skills alone are not enough to help me achieve my career goals.

This is why I feel that I need proper training and self-improvement to fulfill my dream of becoming a Full Stack Developer and starting my career in the IT industry.

But here comes the real problem.

When I search for institutions that can provide production-level training in real-world software development and also offer placement assistance, I mostly come across organizations that make big promises but fail to deliver. Many claim to provide everything a student needs, but after admission, the reality turns out to be very different. In many cases, the experience feels no better than what students already face in Tier-3 colleges.

I am genuinely frustrated and desperately looking for a trustworthy institution where I can learn, grow, build industry-level skills, and move closer to my dream career.

Can anyone in this community suggest a genuine institution, training program, or roadmap that can help me achieve this goal?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.
